Brown Butter Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Brown Butter Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Breads· Breakfast· Fall· For Advanced Bakers· For Beginner Bakers· Recipes by Difficulty Level· Sourdough· Winter

I decided to combine my three favorite things: brown butter, sourdough, and brunch… and all I can say is wow! These cinnamon rolls have it all— they’re warm, slightly nutty, sour and sweet— all in one! If you’re a fan of big, doughy cinnamon rolls that pack a strong cinnamon punch but aren’t too sweet, you’ll be a big fan of these! Time to feed your sourdough starter and get baking!

Homemade Pasta with Piccata Sauce & Garlic-Basil Breadcrumbs

Homemade Pasta with Piccata Sauce & Garlic-Basil Breadcrumbs

Entrees· For Beginner Cooks· Pasta· Recipes by Difficulty Level· Spring· Vegetarian

This homemade pasta piccata is a delicious and easy summertime meal— all made in one pot! The bright and lemony piccata sauce pairs perfectly with salty capers, buttery breadcrumbs, and handmade fettuccine. You can also substitute store-bought pasta for a quick weeknight meal!

Crispy Orzo with Garlic Kale & Whipped Ricotta

Crispy Orzo with Garlic Kale & Whipped Ricotta

Entrees· For Beginner Cooks· Pasta· Recipes by Difficulty Level· Spring· Summer· Vegetarian

Inspired by the flavors of southern Italy, this delicious summer dish is the perfect weeknight meal! It’s quick, easy, and requires very little prep work! Not to mention it has everything: crispy orzo, charred lemon, whipped herbed ricotta, and bright garlic kale. Time to open a bottle of wine and start cooking!

Pear, Blue Cheese, & Walnut Scones

Pear, Blue Cheese, & Walnut Scones

Breakfast· For Advanced Bakers· Recipes by Difficulty Level· Spring

These pear, blue cheese, and walnut scones are the ultimate brunch food! Image your favorite happy hour cheese board but… for breakfast! Crunchy walnuts pair perfectly with sweet pears and earthy blue cheese– all in a light and flakey scone! The only question is: coffee or champagne?

Creme Brulee Ice Cream

Creme Brulee Ice Cream

For Advanced Cooks· Ice Cream· Recipes by Difficulty Level· Summer· Sweets

This delicious dessert combines two of my favorite things into one decadent treat. Rich vanilla ice cream is topped with a thin sugar layer and bruleed until crisp and caramelized. It’s delicious by itself but even better when topped with fresh berries!

Summer Burrata Salad Board

Summer Burrata Salad Board

Entrees· For Beginner Cooks· Recipes by Difficulty Level· Summer

This salad board has all of my favorite summer fruits and veggies– grilled peaches, fennel, strawberries, watermelon radish, just to name a few. And if that isn’t enough, a delicious ball of burrata sits right in the center. Top it all off with a squeeze of blood orange juice and white balsamic vinegar and you’ve got a delicious (and fun) lunch ready in just a few minutes!
