Pumpkin Spice Martini

It's like drinking a piece of pumpkin pie and I am obsessed with it! It's creamy, with warm spices, and just a hint of pumpkin flavor-- topped it off with homemade whipped cream for the perfect fall dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Milk
  • 0.5 oz Frangelico
  • 0.5 oz Rumchata
  • 0.5 oz Kahlua

For the Rim (optional)

  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Graham Crackers crushed
  • 0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

Make the Cocktail

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker (or small jar) filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds.

Rim the Glass

  • Fill a small bowl with milk and another small bowl with crushed graham crackers and pumpkin pie spice. Dip the glass into the milk followed by the graham crackers.

Strain & Serve

  • Strain through a fine mess sieve into the rimmed martini glass. Serve immediately.
